Automotive Window Tinting Film
This warranty covers the application of window films only. A lifetime warranty may apply to select films, offering protection against color fading, bubbling, and peeling due to manufacturer defects.
After installation, a hazy appearance may occur temporarily due to the moisture used during the application. This is normal and will clear once the film fully dries. Please wait 30 days before washing your windows, and avoid using abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals.
IMPORTANT:
If the product is abused or not properly maintained, the warranty will be void.
Choosing a film shade that is not legal in your state is done at your own risk. Any required removal or reapplication due to law enforcement or inspection issues will be done at the customer’s expense.
PLEASE RETAIN THIS WARRANTY ALONG WITH YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE.
Warranty service is available only through participating authorized automotive window film dealers. Availability varies by state depending on local laws regarding automotive window tinting.
All warranty services are by appointment only, Monday through Thursday — no exceptions. We do not accept walk-ins or weekend warranty requests. Original receipt is required for any warranty claim. No ticket, no warranty.
Mobile Electronics
Mobile electronics sold and installed by DARKANDLOUD® are covered under the following terms:

Products: Covered for 90 days from the original date of sale/service against manufacturer defects.

Labor: All labor for audio/video or electronics installed by DARKANDLOUD® is covered for 365 days from the original service date.

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, or modifications made after installation.

Any changes to system tuning, voltage settings, or configuration (especially those set to prevent damage) will void the warranty.

At the time of delivery, customers are informed and agree that DARKANDLOUD® does not offer refunds or replacements for burned-out systems.

Any costs resulting from misuse or system damage are the customer's responsibility.

Auto Alarms & Remote Functions
Your newly installed auto alarm and/or remote functions, indicated on the front side of your DARKANDLOUD® invoice is warranted for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the vehicle serviced, except for remotes and sirens which will revert to the additional parts and service warranty terms. Labor on all auto alarms and/or remote functions sold and installed by DARKANDLOUD® is warranted for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the vehicle serviced.
Other Parts & Service
All other DARKANDLOUD® parts and labor services itemized on the front of your invoice are warranted for 90 days from the original date of sale. Manufacturer or extended warranties beyond this coverage will be detailed separately if applicable.

Duration of Implied Warranties
All implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranties stated above.
What Happens When Warranty Service Is Needed
If a product fails during its warranty period due to a defect (not caused by misuse or improper installation), DARKANDLOUD® will repair or replace the item at no cost for the defective part. Additional parts or services may be required to ensure vehicle safety and proper function, and these may incur additional charges. All warranty services must be performed by DARKANDLOUD®. Removing or replacing parts elsewhere voids the warranty.
Steps to Obtain Warranty Service

Present your original receipt and any supporting warranty documents.

Bring the vehicle that was originally serviced.

If the receipt is not available, you will be charged for any work, and no refund will be issued if it is found later.
Where to Get Warranty Service Return to or contact the DARKANDLOUD® Center that performed the original service. If that location is unavailable, visit the nearest DARKANDLOUD® Center that offers the service. Warranty is valid only at DARKANDLOUD®.
Who Is Covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle listed on the original invoice. It is non-transferable.
Who Provides the Warranty
The warranty is provided by DARKANDLOUD® and/or the product manufacturer.
EXCLUSIONS

Declined labor, parts, or services noted on the invoice

Any work or changes performed by unauthorized individuals or facilities
